Brighton Pier at Sunset
Brighton Palace Pier at sunset, its lights coming on against the last of the evening sky. The pier opened in 1899 and is still the city's best-known landmark. This oil painting is by Brighton-based plein air painter Tony Parsons, who spent 26 years as an RNLI lifeboat skipper on this stretch of coast.
A lovely gift for Brightonians near and far.
