All orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked. This does not require a signature. Safeplace is available if a recipient isn’t going to be at home, please email with details. Transit time 1-2 business days.​

For overseas orders we ship print orders by Royal Mail International Tracked. European destinations are priced at £15. Rest of the world will be priced at £20.

Prints are sent in strong brown cardboard postal tubes with a plastic cap. Cards & Calendars are sent in cardboard backed envelopes or boxes.

 

 

Remove the cap: Take off one of the end caps of the tube.

• ​Tap the print out: If the print is stuck in the middle, tap the tube gently on a solid surface until the print slides to the open end.

• Reduce the diameter: Insert one or two fingers into the tube and carefully turn the print inwards, effectively tightening it and reducing its diameter. 

• ​Slide the print out: Once the print is tightly rolled, gently slide it out of the tube. ​

• Flatten the print: If the print is curled, you can flatten it by:

  • Reverse rolling: Lay the print face down on a clean, flat surface. Roll it tightly in the opposite direction it was rolled in the tube. 

  • Weighing it down: Secure the rolled print with tape or rubber bands and leave it for about an hour. Alternatively, you can place heavy objects like books on top of the print for several hours or even overnight to flatten it.
